Windows 10: KB3122947 Error 0x80070643

Outlook 2010 opens in safe mode only

Outlook 2010 for some people have started in safe mode only. Check to see if they have KB3114409 installed via Windows Update from 08/12/2015. I personally had 2 people in the last two days with this issue. It’s been pulled from Windows Update already.

Had the same issue. Deleted the volume and reformatted it (don’t know if this helped or not), then re-added it and included the { } in the id and it worked fine. RPC Exchange Proxy – Outlook Anywhere prompting for password and never connects.

Exchange 2007 issues with users logging into outlook using rpc over http (outlook anywhere). Keeps prompting for their password and never connections.
