I used spacesniffer on servers and workstations/laptops to visually determine what is taking the most space. It’s like windirtree but is more visual. It supports viewing space via a path rather than root drive too which I find very useful at times. SpaceSniffer download.

NAS4Free – ZFS kernel tune WebGUI extension 20121031.   The only realy tweaks I’ve used and tended to have seen actually make a difference is by utilising this ZFS kerneal tune extension. Each upgrade if I remember I run it then reboot.

Accessing your Files (WebDav) — ownCloud User Manual 5.0 documentation

Using Windows Explorer Right-click on Computer entry and select Map network drive…. Choose a local network drive to map ownCloud to.
