Used to get this a lot with clients. At my old job we had a hosted Sophos Enterprise Console, not sure if this had anything to do with it, but we use Sophos as our main AV product at my new workplace and none of our clients seem to have this issue. May have been resolved by Microsoft or Sophos since though.
